Per the New York State Thruway Authority, repairs on the thruway overpass over Main Street are complete. All lanes have returned to a normal traffic pattern.
Residents are also advised that there may be short-term closures in the area next week to finish off the repairs.

Repairs to the New York State Thruway overpass on Main Street continue to be made.
Main Street is down to one lane with an alternating traffic pattern. Please use caution in the area.
"Due to damage found on one of the steel girders of overpass that carries the Thruway (I-87) over Main Street in the Village of Ravena the Thruway Authority will be performing urgent repairs that will affect local traffic. Traffic will remain open at all times but will be reduced to a single lane of alternating traffic controlled by flaggers beneath the overpass while repairs take place. The Authority has already started the repair process and will continue to work around the clock until the repairs are complete with a current estimated time of completion of late tomorrow afternoon. This worksite will be staffed by Authority personnel for the duration and is expected to cause minimal disruption."
